Convenient location in the heart of the city's commercial district. the hotel has a modern vibe and there were no issues during my stay. 🏙️

Everything was GOOD at that hotel. Room was nice. We went to see quito botanical gardens and bellavista nearby.

I loved how this hotel was centrally located in the city, making it easy for me to go shopping in the main shopping center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering me an early check-in free of charge. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were great, and I even had access to safe parking. the breakfast selection was diverse and the coffee always fresh.

This hotel is located in a safe area within the bustling commercial district with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants. the comfortable cab ride to the airport can fit four people. the breakfast has a variety of food and excellent coffee. Guests can enjoy friendly service and an option to have Ecuadorian empanadas as starters in the hotel restaurant. the small meeting rooms offer good value for money, with excellent fruit and sandwich snacks.

The hotel staff lacked basic customer service skills when requesting laundry service payment at check-in.

The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great and the wireless network was fast and reliable. One of our favorite things about the hotel was its convenient location, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. While most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, there were a few instances where we encountered some unhelpful attitudes. the prices at the hotel's restaurants were a bit high for our budget.

Sadly, the fitness center was not up to our standards, with outdated equipment and some of them not working properly. Nonetheless, what the hotel lacked in gym equipment, they made up for in their top-notch customer service and great location.
